Bean-to-Bar: How Chocolate is Made

The artisan chocolatiers of San Francisco's Dandelion Chocolate will be at the Conservatory to share how they roast, crack, sort, winnow, grind, conch, and temper small batches of cacao beans and then mold and package each bar by hand.
