Vicks Comfort CAREvan, a mobile, interactive tour, will visit the D.C. area, stopping at the Downtown Holiday Market, along the F Street sidewalk, between 7th and 9th Streets, in front of the Reynolds Center. Refreshments; proceeds benefit the homeless.
