"Imagine" Art Show Opening and Tommy Parlon Dance and Music Concert
The Capitol Hill Art League opens its exhibit, "Imagine," juried by David Daniels, who is an accomplished watercolorist and teaches painting at Montgomery College, The Smithsonian, and privately in his Silver Spring studio.
